The original accused had preferred this appeal. PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE During pendency of the appeal, he passed away. After that his wife is prosecuting this appeal. She is brought on record. It is mentioned in the application that her daughter is of marriageable age and her son is taking education. Because of the conviction of her husband, she is not getting any Deshmane(PS)

2.ia-23-23.odt monetary benefits pertaining to the service of her husband. The applicant had earlier preferred Interim Application No.603/2022 in Criminal Appeal No.203/2014 for a similar relief. It was rejected vide order dated 15.3.2022. However, it was observed in the order that if the appeal was not listed for final hearing within six months, the applicant was at liberty to prefer an application for listing the appeal. Accordingly, six months had passed and pursuant to this liberty the applicant has preferred this application. 3.

Considering the financial difficulty of the applicant and the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The appeal be added to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 13.3.2023. The application is disposed of.
