Perused the Petition received through jail. The Petitioner was ordered to be enlarged on furlough under the provisions of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules 1959.
By this Petition the Petitioner has prayed for grant of furlough for 28 days instead of 14 days.
We find that by the order dated 13/11/2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.4050 of 2017 on the Petition filed by the Petitioner, a direction was issued to release the Petitioner on furlough for 14 days. The sanctioning authority has accordingly issued the order for 14 days.

(25) wp-50.18.doc As the order of the sanctioning authority is in terms of the order of the Division Bench of this Court, so long as the order of the Division Bench is not modified, no relief can be granted in this Writ Petition. Subject to what is observed above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
