Interim Application No.24 of 2023 seeks the following reliefs :- "(2) The Order of conviction passed by the learned Trial Court may be stayed;

(3) In alternatively to the prayer clause B the Criminal Appeal No.1092/2015 fled by the applicant may be ordered to be fxed for fnal hearing as early as possible.v 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the contents of the application, where gross diffculties are expressed on account of ailment and sufferings of the applicant and his wife. It is, therefore, prayed that Appeal be taken up for hearing expeditiously. M.M.Salgaonkar
