In pursuance of Order dated 29th September 2022, the learned A.P.P. submitted that the Petitioner has been transferred to Kalyan District Prison Class-I, Kalyan on 19th April 2022. That the Medical Officer attached to the said Prison has issued Medical Report dated 28th November 2022. We have perused said Medical Report.

It is stated therein that, the Petitioner is a known case of piles and he is under treatment for the same from prison dispensary. That before coming to Kalyan District Prison, Petitioner was lodged at Taloja Central Prison and from there he was taken to Sir J.J. Hospitals, Mumbai two times for his treatment for piles. It is lastly stated that, the Petitioner will be sent 1/2

Osk 41-Wp-52-2018.odt soon to Sir J. J. Hospitals, Mumbai for his further treatment. 3.

The Superintendent, Kalyan District Prison Class-I, Kalyan is directed to provide regular medical treatment to the Petitioner as per the advise of Medical Officer of the said Prison. 4.

In view of above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
