1] On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application in the wake of material compiled in the charge-sheet, the learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

2] The learned counsel for the Applicant is perfectly justified in submitting that despite his arrest in the year 2020, no charge has been framed till date.

3] In the wake of above, the learned Sessions Judge, who is assigned with Sessions Case No.260/2021 is directed to frame the charge within a period of six months from today. On failure to frame the charge, liberty is granted to the Applicant to renew his request for release on bail.
