This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs and representatives of deceased Sole Petitioner. The Petitioner passed away on 8th October 2022 and the Interim Application is taken out on 22nd January 2023. The learned Advocate of the Respondent states that he has no objection if the Interim Application is allowed. 2.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days.
