This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to the order dated 18.1.2016 passed by Hon'ble Justice A.S.Gadkari, thereby directing the Sessions Court to conclude the trial within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

It appears that the trial is at the fag end and only two witnesses remained to be examined. In view of this, the learned Sessions Judge shall expedite the trial, as far as possible, and conclude the entire process as far as possible within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order i.e. on or before 4.6.2017. The learned Sessions Judge shall not grant any unwarranted adjournments either to the prosecution or to the defence and
