After this Petition was heard for some time, in view of the communication dated 13th January 2024 received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader from the City Survey Officer, Goregaon, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would seek leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities, namely, the Superintendent of Land Record. If such application is made, let the same be decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks of the same being filed. 2.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 3.

We may also observe that as the Petitioner proposes to move such an Application, the Mutation Entry Bearing No.437 of 2019, dated 4th April 2019, about which the Petitioner has a grievance, be not acted upon till appropriate orders are passed on the Petitioner's Application.
