Heard Mr. Mohammed Umar Kazi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri P.H. Gaikwad, learned APP for the State.

At the outset learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigating agency does not want to Deshmane (PS)

11.aba-25-22.odt arrest the applicant. The incident is of dated 31.7.2020. The main role is given to Mahesh Gaikwad, who is granted regular bail. It would be sufficient if the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and is directed to cooperate with the investigation. 4.
Considering this statement, present application will have to be allowed. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.290/2020 registered with Shahapur Police Station, District Thane, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
