After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear that if, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
