Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that the applicant has regularly abided by the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 28/02/2020.

A request is made for modification of the condition No. (ii) regarding reporting to the investigating officer once in every month. Since the charge is likely to take some time to be framed and upon considering the materials, I am of the opinion that considering that the applicant is a Doctor aged 60 years, the condition could be suitably modified. 1/2

The applicant to report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station once in four months on every Monday of first week of that month starting from March 2023. The applicant to attend the trial regularly. 4.

The interim application is disposed of.
