The second appeal is arising out of the obstructionist proceedings. The appellant is the obstructionist. There is no dispute that the obstructionist has been removed and the possession has been taken by the respondent - decree holder. In my view, nothing survives in the second appeal and the same has become infructuous. 2.

The second appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

In view of dismissal of the second appeal, the civil application pending, if any, does not survive and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
