On these dates nobody appeared for the Petitioner. After that, the matter was listed on 19th July 2023. Even on that date, nobody had appeared for the Petitioner. The order dated 19th July 2023 records this fact and also records that no efforts were taken by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to get the matter listed before the Court.
