Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 5695 of 2009 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present proceeding, the applicant plaintiff challenges the order passed by the Trial Court rejecting the application for carrying out amendment in the plaint.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the issues involved in the present proceeding, I am satisfied Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Office is directed to place the matter on weekly board for final hearing in a week commencing from 18.07.2016.

b) Applicant is directed to inform and serve the copy of this order on respondent either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
