P.C.:- Undisputedly the Petitioner was not having land in his own name at village Kowad, which was the mandatory requirement of the advertisement in question for allotment of distributorship under RGPL. In the circumstances, decision of the Respondent to reject the Petitioner's offer cannot be said to be illegal. 2.

During the pendency of the Petition the Respondent has issued fresh advertisement in pursuance of which the Petitioner has also participated for the fresh process of allotment for another village. Megha 1/2

Keeping in view the aforesaid, without commenting upon the claim of the Petitioner in regard to the subsequent, we dispose of the Petition.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
