1. By this petition, the petitioner, a senior citizen seeks transfer of investigation of C.R. No. 240 of 2019, registered with the Matunga Police Station, Mumbai, to the C.B.I. or C.I.D. or any other independent Agency. Certain other prayers are also sought in the present petition.

2. Since, the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents was a family dispute, we asked the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement, considering that the respondents are the children / daughter-in-law of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have entered into consent terms. The said consent terms are entered into between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7. The said consent terms dated 22nd February 2024 entered into between the parties is taken on record, and marked as "X" for identification. The said consent terms have also been signed by all the aforesaid respondents as well as the petitioner. The petitioner as well as the 2/3

respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7 are present in Court. They do not dispute the fact that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. All the undertakings in the consent terms to be complied with by the respective parties.

4. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.

5. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application and as such the same is also disposed of, as infructuous.
