The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant / Appellant has sought leave to withdraw the Interim Application No.928 of 2023. Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has sought time in the matter.

The statement of the Respondent recorded in the Order dated 5th October, 2023 that he will not proceed with the execution of the attachment warrants and / or execution applications before the Court of Civil Judge, S.D., Thane which has been accepted by this Court shall continue to operate till the next date. 2/3

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the Applicant / Appellant has sought extension of time to carry out the amendment in Interim Application No.19414 of 2022 and Interim Application No.19445 of 2022 within a period of one week from the date of this Order. She further states that the amendment in the other Interim Applications filed in the above Appeals have been carried out. Accordingly, extension of time is granted to the Appellants to carry out amendment which shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The Arbitration Appeals shall be placed on 1st November, 2023.
