This is a second bail application, the first being withdrawn on 2/09/2020 when I had expressed my disinclination to consider the release of the applicant on merits of the matter. The learned counsel Mr. Nikam state that the applicant came to be arrested on 15/05/2019 and despite the charge being framed, the trial has not commenced.

Considering the long incarceration of the applicant in the CR which is registered in the year 2019 the Sessions Judge, Khed, Rajgurunagar, Pune dealing with Sessions Case no. 131 of 2019, is Ashish Mhaske

2/2 33.doc requested to make every endeavour to expeditiously culminate the proceeding in the Sessions Case and if required, conduct the trial on day-to-day basis.
