The learned AGP makes a statement that benefits under the ration card are already released to the petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record document signed by petitioner's wife dated 14th February 2019. The Counsel submits that by force the wife of the petitioner is made

The learned Counsel further submits that due to malnutrition son of the petitioner died. Certificate is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We direct the Collector, Pune to call for Report in respect of the benefits petitioner is supposed to receive on the ration card and if required Collector would issue necessary instructions accordingly. The learned AGP to communicate the order to Collector, Pune. 5.

The Writ Petition stands Disposed of. The Registry to forward the copy of order to Collector, Pune.
