Civil Application is taken out seeking condonation of 95 days delay in filing the First Appeal. The applicant has stated that he is an injured workman who had preferred the claim for compensation for the injuries sustained in the accident which took place during his employment.

2/2 47.doc In paragraph no.4, the applicant has stated that he is a layman and was not aware of the provisions requiring him to file an Appeal within a stipulated period. On talking with the Advocate, he became aware of that. Considering his bonafides, the delay of 95 days in filing the Appeal and in particular when he has a claim who has been awarded compensation, needs an indulgence.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application deserves to be allowed. Delay of 95 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. Appeal is directed to be registered and listed for admission.
