This Petition takes an exception to the order dated 14 May 2009 in Criminal Case No. 37/SW/2009 pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate 38th Court at Ballard Pier, Mumbai. By the order impugned, the learned Magistrate issued process against the present Petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 58 B read with Section 4 AAA and 58 C of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
