This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was withdrawn as the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. However, the trial of the applicant was expedited. The trial Court was directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 9 months from the date of the order i.e. 10th April, 2017.

Learned APP states on instructions, that the trial has

Learned Counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this application and request that the trial Court be directed to conclude the case expeditiously within a stipulated time period. 4.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, since 3 witnesses have been examined till date and prosecution intends to examine 10 - 12 more witnesses, the trial Court to dispose of the said case expeditiously.
