Ms. Shubhangi Parulekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Application after a reasonable period, in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed off as such with liberty to file a fresh Application after a period of 1 year.
