The petitioner challenges the "Review Medical Examination Report" dated 20th October, 2021 pursuant to his medical examination which was conducted in compliance with an earlier order of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was medically examined at Nagpur and that the report impugned was issued from the Composite Hospital, CRPF, Nagpur.

In such view of the matter, we are of the opinion that this writ petition ought to be dealt with by the Nagpur Bench of this Court.
