When the matter is called out, no one is present. Even on 5th December, 2023, no one was present on behalf of the Petitioner.

When Criminal Revision Application No. 379 of 2018 along with Criminal Application No. 443 of 2019 were heard by learned Single Judge on 25th September, 2019, it was observed in Para No.8 that offence under Section 329 of IPC is not disclosed. Whereas, the trial Court has framed the charge against in all 9 persons for the offence punishable under Section 397 and other Sections of IPC. This order is challenged by the present Petitioner who is Accused No.7. However, since long, no one is appearing.

Today, the matter is fixed for dismissal. It seems that the Petitioner has lost the interest and probably, the trial must have started.

In view of that, this Petition is disposed of for non prosecution. The trial Court to decide the case on its own merit.
