On 27th December 2022, a vacation Bench of this Court (Madhav J Jamdar and SG Chapalgaonkar JJ) passed an order in a pair of almost identical matters inter alia directing the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") to dispose of the ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH application filed by the Petitioners in those cases in a time bound manner. The direction was a request to the AGRC to dispose of the ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2023.01.06 09:47:26 +0530 application for interim relief by 31st January 2023. Until then the impugned order of 13th December 2022 was not to be implemented. The same order is impugned in this Petition.

Accordingly, we pass the same order.

The AGRC is requested to dispose of the application for interim relief filed by the Petitioners by 31st January 2023. Until that date, the impugned order is stayed.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
