Heard both sides and perused the order dated 29th September 2016 releasing the applicant/accused on bail. The applicant/accused was released on bail by directing her to furnish one surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- apart from executing PR bond.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/accused has furnished surety before the trial Court and the trial Court has ordered verification of the surety. According to the learned counsel, the process of verification of the surety is Gaikwad RD 1/2

14.APPRNo.42017 going on and, therefore, the applicant requested extension of two weeks time.

As the applicant has furnished surety, so also he is released on provisional cash bail, two weeks time, as prayed, is granted and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) (A. M. BADAR J.) Gaikwad RD 2/2
