In this petition, challenge is to the order dated 23rd December 2015 passed by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.816 of 2015.

905-WP-283-2016.doc Taking into consideration that the impugned transfer orders were passed on 14th September 2015, on the basis of the decision taken in March 2015 and also keeping in view the fact that now the general transfers are due, learned AGP submits that this petition can be disposed of by directing the Competent Authority of the State Government to consider as to the posting / transfer of the petitioner and the respondent no.3 at an appropriate place, keeping in view the administrative exigency. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere into the impugned order. However, we direct the Competent Authority of the State Government to take appropriate decision with regard to the posting and the transfer of the petitioner, as also the respondent no.3, as per the administrative exigencies, within four weeks.
