The applicants are seeking their impleadment in the instant petition for the reason that the issue raised in the instant petition is relevant for determination of the controversy in Civil Revision Application presented by applicants. The CRA relates to different property and parties are also different. Merely because the issue being agitated in the instant petition has some relevance to the litigation presented by the petitioners, the applicants cannot be permitted

2 /2 CAW-368-17 to claim their impleadment in the instant matter. Admittedly, the applicants have no concern with the present petition or the subject matter involved in the petition, nor the applicants have any concern with the parties to the writ petition. Application is devoid of any merits and as such, stands rejected.
