The Petitioner is seeking a writ/ direction to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) to decide Original Application No. 709 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks.

We decline to issue such writ of mandamus as there would be older and more urgent cases pending before the Tribunal and it is for the Tribunal to decide which matter is to be given priority. 3.

Leaving it open to the Tribunal to consider this request, we dispose of the Petition.
