Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner restricts his prayer for directions to the Respondent No. 1 to dispose of his representation dated 28th December, 2016. The learned AGP appearing for Respondent No. 1 - State submits that in all probability, the decision has already been taken, and if such a decision is taken, the same will be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. In the event, said representation is not decided, the same be decided within four weeks and the decision be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter.
