This is an application seeking early hearing. The matter has been admitted on 18th June, 2012. The office has not placed the original writ petition along with civil application on record.

It is more often seen that the office either does not place the complete compilation of the matter before this Court or place the affidavit in the second V.A. Tikam 1/2

set and, therefore, it is difficult for the Court to peruse the matter and pass appropriate orders.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would superannuate some time in December, 2018.

In view of this, matter be placed for final hearing on 22nd November, 2018.
