Heard Mr. Mandar Limaye, learned counsel for respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr. Dyaneshwar Mahadev Lange, applicant no.4 in-person.

This is an application for recalling the order dated 18.11.2013 after condoning delay of 19 days in filing the application.

Mr. Limaye invited my attention to the order dated 18.11.2013 as also paragraph 5 of the application and submitted that no sufficient cause is

After considering the submissions as also for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (e) with no order as to costs. Second Appeal No.438 of 2013 is restored to the file of this Court.
