1] Learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file application before the trial Court for the same relief and also seeks liberty to produce some documents including the conveyance deed with request that the trial Court should not be influenced by the observations made in the earlier order.

2] In view thereof, the appeal stands disposed off with liberty as sought by the appellant for filing application for the same relief 1/2

5 AOST 215 OF 2019 after production of conveyance deed and whatever other documents. 3] The trial Court to decide the said application on it's own merits.
