Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted from Special M.C.O.C. Case No. 04 of 2015 and has been discharged from Sessions Case No. 550 of 2003. That, the Petitioner has been released on bail in Special M.C.O.C. Case No. 24 of 2015 by the Special Court at Mumbai. The report submitted by the learned A.P.P. mentions that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Mysore Central Prison on 10th October 2019.

In view of above, present Petition does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
