The Petitioner claims that he was working as a 'Naik' with "Shri Bhairavnath Baburao Shikshan Prasarak and Bahuuddeshiya Mandal", Akurake, Tal. Mohol, Dist. Solapur. By an order dated 8th March, 2016 the Dy. Director, Education Department, Pune declared him surplus and ordered his absorption in the nearby school.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of the said order, the Petitioner has not been absorbed in the nearby school by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as yet. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to examine the Petitioner's claim for absorption as he has been declared surplus vide order dated 8th March, 2016 and pass appropriate order in regard to the grievances of the Petitioner about his non absorption in the nearby school in accordance with law as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before Respondent No. 2. The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 2 on 15th June, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. The Petitioner is at liberty to submit a detailed representation before the said authority on the said date in regard to his grievances. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
