Earlier application filed by the Applicant, being Criminal Application No. 837 of 2014, came to be disposed of by this Court by passing following order on 30th July 2014 : "After arguing the application for some time, Mr. Nitin Pradhan, learned counsel for the applicants states on instructions that the applicants do not press for the relief prayed for in this application, but requests that the hearing of the appeal be expedited. A request is also made for permitting the applicants to file a private paper book.
We accordingly dismiss this application as not pressed. We permit the applicants to file private paper book. Private paper book be filed within 12 (Twelve) weeks from today. On private paper book being filed, the applicants are at liberty to request the court for expediting the hearing of the appeal. "

In the light of above order, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant does not press this application provided appeal is added to the final hearing board. Since paper book is already filed and liberty was granted to the Applicant to pray for expediting the hearing of appeal, we direct the Registry to add the appeal to final hearing board in the week commencing from 27th February 2017.
