This is an application for fixing the Appeal for final disposal. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Appellant is 68 year old lady and has undergone more than half of the sentence. The maximum sentence is of 7 years. 2.

Considering these submissions, the Criminal Appeal No.487 of 2022 be added to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 13/02/2023.
