The learned counsel for the respondent upon instructions fairly submits that respondent would bare all the expenses of her son Siddharth who is in custody of respondent and expenses of their son Shlok would be borne by the petitioner, since Shlok is in the custody of the petitioner. The said submissions are made by way of mutual understanding between the parties. Hence, it would not be necessary to interfere with the order of the Family Court dated 16th February 2018.

In the facts it would not be necessary for the respondent to seek maintenance from the petitioner.
