Learned APP, upon instructions from the I.O. states that charge has been framed at the trial on 7.11.2014 and the case is fixed for examination of witness on 27.1.2015.

Having regard to it, it is difficult to accede the prayer for bail at such a delicate stage of trial for offences of murder / attempt of murder and 498 A of the IPC. Hence, this application is disposed of with directions to the Court of Sessions seized with Sessions Case No.182 of 2014 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge Shri Valimohmed, to complete the said trial by 15.5.2015 saving just exceptions. The Applicant on his part shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the Megha 1 of 2
