It appears that the learned counsel appearing for the appellant informed this Court on 13th August 2015 about the death of the Appellant - Amrish Tarachand Dhale. Learned APP was directed to verify the fact of appellant's status from the police station. Nothing is place on record by the office of the public prosecutor which can counter the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant died on 3rd November 2013.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Appeal No. 358 of 1999 is abated against the Appellant - Amrish Tarachand Dhale in view of his death.
