Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 28.11.2017 passed by the learned JMFC, Court No. 4, Sangli, by which the learned Magistrate was pleased to allow the application filed by the prosecution for recording further examination-in-chief of Imran Pathan. 3.
Perused the order. Admittedly, the cross-examination of the said prosecution witness i.e. Imran Pathan had not commenced. 4.
In these circumstances, no infirmity can be found in the impugned order permitting the prosecution to conduct further Habeeb 1/2

Application is accordingly dismissed.
