At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet will be fled in the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today.

In view of the said statement of learned APP, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after fling of the Charge-sheet. 1/2

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as sought. 4.

It is clarifed that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 5.

In view of dismissal of the Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.
