1] The present application is suffering from multifariousness of cause of action, as the Orders passed below Exhibits 213 and 286 by the NDPS Special Judge are challenged by way of present Application. 2] It is submitted that, the present application is an off-shoot of Criminal Revision Application No.152 of 2017. 3] The application is not maintainable in the eyes of law. However, the applicant is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings challenging the Orders below Exhibits 213 and 296, if so advised.
