Heard learned counsel for the Parties. This Civil Application seeks restoration of the Second Appeal which was dismissed for noncompliance of office objections by a self operative order passed by the Registrar Judicial (II) on 7.7.2015. There is a delay of 115 days in taking out the present Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed by recalling and setting aside the order of Registrar Judicial (II) dated 7.7.2015. The Second Appeal to come up for hearing on board on 21.3.2017.
