This is an application for modification of the condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 27.2.2014 by this court while releasing the applicant on bail. By the said condition the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 7.00 p.m.to 9.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from Jail the applicant is regularly attending the concerned police station in compliance of the said order.
