Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner-Developer states that he is only pressing prayer Clause (b), which seeks to direct the Respondent No.2-CEO, SRA, to decide the Representation of the Petitioner dated 17th September, 2021 (Exh. F at page 29 of the Petition).

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-SRA has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 18th April, 2022 which states that the Representation of the Petitioner dated 17th September, 2021 shall be decided by the SRA .
