Already the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10 March 2017 passed by the learned Joint Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Cantonment Board, Pune, by approaching the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, in Criminal Appeal No.162 of 2017.

In these circumstances for any relief even in regard to a stay of the execution proceedings as adopted by the respondents, it is appropriate for the petitioner to approach the learned Appellate Judge. 3.

The petition therefore would not warrant any further consideration before this Court. It is accordingly, disposed of with

Pvr 2/2 904wp66-18.doc liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned District Judge for any ad­interim relief.
