Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that on earlier occasion after having taken note of contention that CCTV footage is available, this Court had asked Investigating Officer to verify and a statement was made that CCTV footage is not helpful to prosecution. Today learned APP upon instructions Nesarikar

This Court has restrained State Government from filing any charge-sheet. In view of these developments, we permit Investigating Officer Mr. Chetan Bagul, PSI attached to Mulund Police Station, who is present today, to file appropriate report before trial Court within four weeks from today and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the present Petition.
