The Appellant as well as the Respondent submit that they have no objection to dispose of all these appeals in terms of the Consent Terms. They submit that the Consent Terms are prepared as per their instructions only. These Consent Terms are accepted. Undertaking given by the parties in the Consent Terms are accepted. All these First Appeal stand disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Consent Terms shall be treated to be part and parcel of the decree.

In view thereof, all the Civil Applications stand disposed of as infructuous.
